1. Processing Time

• All watches are made to order.
• Please allow 2 to 5 business days for production before your item is shipped.
• Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

2. Shipping Times & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times after processing:

• Europe 5–10 business days
• UK 4–8 business days
• USA & Canada 6–12 business days
• Rest of World 8–15 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or other external factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Fees

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
• We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — check our homepage or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

4. Tracking Information

• Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
• Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking to become active.
  

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

• International orders may incur customs fees or import taxes upon arrival.
• These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping prices.
  

6. Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages

• Ensure your shipping details are accurate before confirming your order.
• We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
• Returned packages may incur additional shipping charges if re-sent.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

• If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier first.
• If further assistance is needed, email us at contact@mywatch-mod.com to open an investigation.
• We are not liable for packages stolen after delivery confirmation.

Customized Products

All our watches are made to order and personalized just for you. As such, returns or cancellations are not accepted under EU law (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU) for custom-made products. By placing your order, you agree to waive your right of withdrawal.

Damaged or Defective Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Item must be unused and in original condition.
• Provide photos or videos showing the issue.

If eligible, we’ll offer a refund or replacement.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Note: We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
