Orders

1. How do I place an order?
Select your preferred watch model, customize it using the available options (engraving, strap, color, etc.), and proceed to checkout to complete your secure payment.

2. Can I change my order after purchase?
Our watches are custom-made, and production typically starts shortly after your order is confirmed. If you need to make a change, please email us at contact@mywatch-mod.com as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once production has begun.

Shipping and Delivery

3. What are your delivery times?
Because each watch is individually handcrafted and customized to order, we require 2 to 5 days for production. Delivery times after shipping are as follows:

  • Europe: 5 to 10 days
  • United Kingdom: 4 to 8 days
  • USA & Canada: 6 to 12 days
  • Rest of the world: 8 to 15 days

Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary depending on local postal services or customs clearance procedures.

4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.

5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your package in real time.

Payments and Security

6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) as well as other secure payment options available at checkout via Shopify Payments.

7. Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption and secure payment gateways to ensure your personal and payment information is fully protected.

8. Can I preview my customization?
Depending on the product, you may see a preview on the product page. If not, rest assured that our team carefully follows the customization details provided with your order.

9. What materials are your watches made of?
We use high-quality, durable materials selected for both aesthetics and performance. Every watch is carefully assembled and quality-checked by our production team before shipping.

Returns and Refunds

10. Can I return a personalized product?
As our watches are custom-made, they are not eligible for return or exchange, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws (Directive 2011/83/EU). However, if your item is defective or damaged, please see below.

11. What if my item is damaged or defective?
If you receive a faulty or damaged watch, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@mywatch-mod.com, with clear photos of the issue. If confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
